Named the “Salmon Capital of the World”, Ketchikan, Alaska is well known for provided some of the world’s most productive fishing for salmon, trout, halibut and other species in both fresh and salt water. Whether you prefer flyfishing, spin casting, or bait fishing there is ample opportunity for a fishing charter of a lifetime.

Especially for salmon, timing and local knowledge are essential. While there are certain times of year that tend to be more productive than others, seasonal variations do occur making it that more advisable to have a local guide that can put you on the fish in the vast area surrounding Ketchikan.

Native born pilot, Jeff Carlin, not only spends his free time exploring and fishing these waters, he is also one of the most experienced pilots in the area and can get you into true secret spots such as the one shown on the photo on this page.

Below is a listed of half and full day guided charters. We also offer multiday drop off and pick up options for those wishing to escape to the remote wilderness utilizing the USFS Cabin system.

Half Day Trip: $450 per person
Duration: 4 hours total

Full Day Trip: $800 per person
Duration: 8 hours total
